Four (4) attested photocopies of HSSC Result Card/ Certificate issued by the board.
Six (6) Coloured Photographs with sky blue background one attested from front side and other from back side.
Four (4) Photocopy of Student,s CNIC /Form B.
Four(4) attested Photocopies of Law Admission Test(LAT) pass result card with 50% Marks.
